7. Liability and Insurance:

  • Al Arabia Cargo is not liable for loss or damage to cargo during transportation unless caused by our proven negligence.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover potential loss or damage to their shipments.

8. Claims and Disputes:

  • Claims for loss or damage must be reported to Al Arabia Cargo within a specified timeframe.
  • Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal means if necessary.

9. Force Majeure:

  • Al Arabia Cargo is not liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
